What the Flat 100 fee includes is coming to your house and cleaning up an infected computer or it could be troubleshooting other related problems. We have the tools to break your computer down and rebuild it back up if need be. However that is extreme. The Flat 100 is 100.00 to come work on one PC at a time and includes needed software that I will show you how to use that is free with the service. There is no charge if I cannot fix your PC, however a 20.00 trip fee and 4% credit card processing fee will always apply. I warranty my work for 30 days , if within those 30 days you need me back for the same problem, only a trip fee of 20.00 will occur. We are here to help.
We do upgrades of Ram also and install Hard Drives and External Drives or any other peripheral that you may buy and need installed. Be careful when choosing
Ram as there are certain types of Ram for each CPU. Have a great Day and Yes I do charge extra for installation work , it is 50.00 per hour on top of the 100.00 fee.
